The government on Friday ordered transfers and postings of several Kashmir Administrative Service officers.

According to an order, Masarat Hashim, assistant commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, is transferred and posted as assistant commissioner Revenue, Srinagar, against an available vacancy; Ghulam Rasool Wani,  collector, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as deputy director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Srinagar, against an available vacancy; Sumira Shamim, secretary, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, shall hold the charge of the post of collector, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, in addition to her own duties, till further orders; Hamida Akhter,  sub-divisional magistrate, Srinagar (East), is transferred and posted as  assistant commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, vice  Masarat Hashim; Bashir Ahmad Bhat,  assistant commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal, is transferred and posted as assistant commissioner Revenue, Baramulla, against an available vacancy; Nissar Ahmad Malik, assistant commissioner Revenue, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as assistant commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal, vice Bashir Ahmad Bhat; Masood Ahmad Qazi,  sub-divisional magistrate, Chatroo, is transferred and posted as assistant commissioner Revenue, Pulwama, vice Nissar Ahmad Malik; Gopal Singh,  sub divisional magistrate Koteranka is transferred and posted as sub-divisional magistrate, Akhnoor, vice  Sunaina Sharma; Ravinder Sharma, dub-divisional magistrate, Vijaypur, is transferred and posted as sub-divisional magistrate, Chowki-Chowra, vice Jasmeet Singh; Sunaina Sharma, sub-divisional magistrate, Akhnoor, is transferred and posted as secretary, Jammu Municipal Corporation, against an available vacancy; Rakesh Gupta, deputy secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, is transferred and posted as secretary, Jammu Development Authority, vice Vinay Kumar Samotra; Sanjeev Kumar, sub-divisional magistrate, Marwah, is transferred and posted as sub-divisional magistrate, Vijaypur,   Ravinder Sharma; Vinay Kumar Samotra, secretary, Jammu Development Authority, is transferred and posted as deputy secretary in the J&K Public Service

Commission vice Rakesh Gupta; Jasmeet Singh, sub-divisional magistrate Chowki-Chowra, is transferred and posted as assistant commissioner (Nazool), Jammu, against an available vacancy; Rafiq Ahmad Lone, CDPO, Gurez, is transferred and posted as project manager, Integrated Water-shed Management Programme, Bandipora, against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the charge of the post of deputy district election officer, Bandipora, in addition to his own duties, till further orders; Firdous Hussain, under secretary to the Government, Science & Technology Department and Ishtiaq Ahmad Bhat, under secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, shall swap their present places of postings, with immediate effect.
