Sericulture Employees and Workers Union, Kashmir has appeal Governor NN Vohra for removal of pay disparity between senior and junior cadre clerical staff. 

In a statement, the union said. “The senior assistants who have been working on same post for decades together had been offered nothing to cherish about but mental agony whereas the juniors have been plated bullish jumps and are now at par with seniors in terms of salary.”

It said, “SRO 333 issued on 02-08-2018 is proving mere hoax as maximum number of employees have been deprived of potential financial benefits where as interest of new entrants only have been taken care of.”

Though extended their gratitude to the governor for his efforts in redressing long pending demand of pay anomaly of clerical cadre, the employees appealed him to revisit the order and redress the demand of pay disparity.
